Successfully Leveraging Agile Frameworks to Run an EA Practice
Agile adoption is growing consistently in Australia, with some good and not so good results.
Some of the challenges in adopting agile and using it successfully seem to be linked to misconceptions of what agile is and how it can be used.
Architects have a role to play in demystifying the misconceptions, and adopting agile for their own benefits, some of which may surprise you:
– Reference architecture forward planning
– Just in time and just enough information / architectural artefacts
– Improved currency of architectural artefacts
– Continuous improvement (of the ways of working)
